Tattoo is a permanent design made on your skin with pigments inserted through pricks into the top layers of the skin. Tattoo designer uses a hand held machine with one or more needles piercing the skin and insert tiny droplets of ink to replicates the customer chosen design . But think thrice before sporting a tattoo. As tattoo comes with a mixed package of both pros and cons. Like, you could be a proud owner of your tattoo in few hours, Besides it has its own implications, such as

Allergic reactions
 ● Tattoo inks especially red, green, yellow and blue dyes can cause allergic reactions like itchy rash immediately or sometimes years after

Skin Infections
● Local skin infections with bacteria, hepatitis B and C may occur
● Sometimes local granulomatous reactions may occur which replicate as swelling of the tattoo

Others
 ●  If you are looking forward your career in Civil and Military services, there are restrictions that yours visible body parts like hands should be free of tattoos
 ● Tattoo can swell and cause burning sensation during MRI scans and also can interfere with the quality of image.

● Choose a reputable tattoo studio with trained artists
● Tattoo designer must follow utmost care in hygiene like wearing gloves, using disposable needles and sterilized non disposable items before use
● Choose the correct art, site and design, as it will be a permanent part of your body
